I love my little kitchen helper! Here our little hands trying out a recipe for Tuscan bread. She loved the flour mess and kneading the dough, and I loved the way the house smelled as it baked!
One lesson learned: do mother-daughter manicures AFTER baking bread. Oopsy.

Someone has been sick this week... So sad!
Don't get me wrong, I love the cuddles and watching movies and stuff, but I am really ready for the whining to stop! I want my happy silly girl back!

Thank God for simple pleasures.

"Mom, I'm gonna watch the rice cook!" And she did.

Make it happen Monday: post-it notes

Sometimes when it's really important, I need post-it notes to get my booty out of bed on time. Today was one of those days :)
